Moser Fire Systems is one of the few fire sprinkler contractors in Michigan that does all of its Fire Sprinkler Engineering and Design/Layouts in house. Our engineering department uses state of the art Cad design programs. With Cad designs, Hydraulic calculations, and Stocklisting programs at our fingertips we are able to submit our designs on time. We work closely with local City officials, Township officials, and Fire Departments to ensure a smooth permit process with no surprises.

Moser Fire Systems provides many field related items. We do Service calls, Repairs, Annual Inspections, New system installations, RetroFit Installations on existing building, and Tenant Improvements on existing sprinkled buildings. We also install underground piping from city mains to buildings. Experience is our biggest advantage in the field; your job will not be a first for us. We do it right the first time, that's why we have so few or any change orders on our jobs. We look ahead for any conflicts with other trades installations. We look out for us and for you to insure its done right the first time.

So many fire sprinkler contractors seem to struggle with Final Approvals on jobs. Never finishing jobs 100%. They seem to always leave something undone some where in the building. It takes experience to final a job and that's what we have experience. Moser Fire Systems will give you a completed final punch list of items on every job. This is to insure that we have covered every aspect of our trade so that the owner is not calling you a few months later asking where this item is our that something is missing. Moser Fire Systems works with City officials (AHJ) Authority Having Jurisdiction, on final inspections to ensure a project is done on time.
